The 2013 GP4 Offline Championship will be the eighth official season of this offline championship. It will be contested on Grand Prix 4 using the F1 2013 mod. The league will be hosted by Jyri Määttä a.k.a jyrr123.

  • Viggo Holst retired from the series after Round 7 due to other commitments. His replacement was Red Bull test driver and former Mercedes driver, Alex Southgate. Toro Rosso test driver, Cameron Anderson took over test driver duties temporarily from Alex Southgate at Red Bull for Silverstone and the Nürburgring. At the Hungarian Grand Prix, it was announced that DTM driver, Jamie Griffiths would become the new test driver at Red Bull for the remainder of the season.

  • Miklós Gál took pole position for the Hungarian Grand Prix, however he received a 15 place grid penalty for causing a Turn 1 crash at the German Grand Prix with Wais Kuba, Joseph Willows and Robert Ionescu dropping to 16th. Wais Kuba as a result, was promoted to pole.
