The 2013 DTM Offline Championship will be the fourth DTM championship in the GP4 feed and will be run on the DTM 2015 mod. The series is run by deoka a.k.a Florian Völker and works as the third tier, behind the GP4 GP2 OC and GP4 OC.

  • Alex Southgate left the series after Round 4 as a result of him moving the top class to replace Viggo Holst at McLaren for the remainder of the season. His replacement was Dutchman, Geordi Vermeulen.
  • Nicholas Pascali raced at Silverstone as a guest in place of fellow compatriot Luca Farina. This would then become permanent from the Nüburgring onwards.
  • Robert Ionescu raced at the Nürburgring as a guest in place of Xavi Perez.
  • Bruno de Barros raced at Montreal as a guest in place of Xavi Perez who took Bruno's place in GP4 GP2 OC for the Austria race.
  • Lukas Krebs raced at Spa-Francorchamps as a guest in place of Andy Higgs.
  • Former Williams, Ferrari, McLaren and Mercedes GP4 OC driver Felix Sonntag, made a return to the GP4OC fraternity in GP4 DTM OC as a guest at Spa-Francorchamps in place of Shaun Grant.

  • The Barcelona race was held on Saturday rather than Sunday due to Deoka having other commitments.
  • Due to issues on Saturday with Deoka's computer combined with other commitments during the week, qualifying was ran on Sunday with the first 24 laps streamed on the same day. The second half of the race was streamed on Friday.
