About

2007 GP4 Offline Championship was the second official season of the brand new offline championship. It contested on Grand Prix 4 which used the F1 2007 mod. The league was hosted by Azrul Zafri aka azschmy.

Jyri Maatta, the flying Finn came to the season finale at Interlagos, Sao Paulo in Brazil as a underdog, 6 points seperating him and Joseph Willows, defending world champion and 3 to Will Neller, who was leading all this time until Japan. He managed to take the championship after finishing 2nd in the race and Joesph Willows and Will Neller both crashed out of the race at the Senna S, they finished with 98, 96 and 93 points respectively. George Roke managed to win the same race, which was enough to take 4th in the standings from Sonntag who had a poor end of the season after his win at home on the Nurburgring, they scored 61 and 55 points respectively. McKenzie secured 6th, bit of an OK season, was faster than Roke but too inconsistent, there were moments where he shined and moments he ended in the walls. James Willows took 7th after a close tight battle with the Renaults and Williams and Knight.

Motyan lead home the guys with less than 10 points from the unreliable Hondas, D'Alesio and Wolf who were able to bring home points for their backmarker teams, all 4 Red Bull drivers with Strachan getting the most with 7 after a poor start, finished no lower than 9th at the end, and then you have the Toro Rossos who haven't scored a point, 3 9th places, 1 from Masia, 2 from Gal who joined, with his debut at Monaco. Sin Cara who finished every race last season, suffered reliabilty issues all season long, retired from 6 and some of them were from good results too, Moygrosi Daniel was another one, only managing 2 10th places at Spa and Fuji.
